In Lonesome Road I had problems with it recognizing me as NCR and I found out that it was because of reputation.

In my save House is disconnected and I am with Yes Man

So I lowered that (NCR rep) to shunned and now Ulysses says that I am with House, what faction would that be with? I would rather have the correct dialogue playing and I want it to recognize the Yes Man Indy.

Anyone know how to fix this?
