No Luck Breaking the Bank

I am in desperate need of the Complimentary Voucher (that way I can farm demo charges) but am playing an extremely low Luck character. Any advice on breaking 7,500 chips in the Sierra Madre Casino, or am I screwed?

You could always just save, play some roulette and put everything on your lucky number and reload when fate sh*ts on you. :hubbahubba:
