I just purchased the DLC Lonesome Road and can't get it to load...not after beating the Legion. After the last scene where you kill that NCR General and goes into credits.

I have a saved game right before and after killing the Legion and no luck. If I go waaay back to an Auto-Save on the Vegas strip I can travel to start this DLC, but that means I loose all the saved games with beating the Legion.

Is there anyway to load Lonesome Road at the end of game after the Legion battle?

NONE of the DLCs let you play after the main game's story. You will have to reload that auto save back before you started the final battle of the Hoover Dam. The saves you are trying to use will not work, because you are locked in the final quest of the main game.

I was thinking it would be like Fallout 3 where the DLC's let you keep going. Oh well, thanks for your help.

That's how I think it should've been.
They would probably need to release a full expansion like Shivering Isles but all the dlc makes more sense if it happened after hoover dam.

I really didn't know that a ware could be postponed so just one person can explore everything else. :blink:
