Same way they always do. Possitive is that the older generation, who fought their elders for the rights to dance and drink no less, are starting to retire making way for people who grew up playing games.
Our generation is fighting for games, same as how previous generations fought for other ways to express ones self. Ours is a slightly harder fight however, in that our expression of art sadly usually is how many ways we can splatter blood. Still, things for games will turn around when we get older and something new shows up and we start to yell, scream, and kick as soon as it hits the market.
To be honest though, with games like Mortal Combat TES will likely fly under the fox-radar.
