I recently created this reference for a friend of mine to aid in setting up Oblivion with OWCND+WAC and other essential mods. This comprises of "my essential mods" and my current overhaul of choice but can be applied for any overhauls with slight modification. I hope someone else finds this useful as a guide or reference for essential mods or to install them correctly.

Download and install in the following order -
1. Oblivion
2. Shivering Isles
3. Knights of the Nine + DLCS
4. UTILITIES AND PLUGINS

8. INTERFACE ENHANCEMENTS
-- Note the requirement for Enhanced Economy and Oblivion XP when it comes to DarNified UI
9. QUEST AND LAND MODS
10. SOUND ENHANCEMENTS
11. VISUAL ENHANCEMENTS

Post-install instructions -
1. Run the BOSS.exe in Oblivion/BOSS
2. Run Wyre Bash Launcher.pyw in Oblivion/Mopy
3. Make sure all .esm's/.esp's are selected
4. Sort your order according to the "ItemLootFixENtxt" instructions (my prefernce is to give OWC-ND preference)
5. Build Bashed Patch
6. Check Import Cells
-- Make sure all "All Natural.esp", "All Natural - SI.esp" and "Immersive Interiors.esp" are selected
7. Check Leveled Lists
-- Make sure Automatic is selected
8. Build and chick Bashed Patch, 0.esp
9. Edit Shaders/shaderlist.txt to atleast contain "Godrays.fx"
-- Add any other shaders you prefer
9. (Optional) Create a shortcut on desktop for obse_loader.exe for easy launching
