Mods not working as intended.

Hi all. Unlike my first issue here (which was just me being a nub :P ) this one has me genuinely stumped. I have Syclonix's "At Home Alchemy 1.0" installed, which means you don't have to pick up alchemy equipment to use it - you just activate it. This worked fine until yesterday, when I installed three new mods: "Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins, Volume 1" mod, "Rise of House Telvanni" and "Uvirith's Legacy", latest version of each. I'm assuming it's one of the latter, seeing as I can't see Darknut's mod interfering with magical stuff too much.

Currently the mortal and pestle works just fine, but the other pieces of equipment have to be picked up. So any idea why it stopped working or what I can do to fix it? Thanks for any help. :)
