Skyrim CE Art Book

Post » Fri Sep 23, 2011 3:48 pm

Alright, so the CE looks great, but I can't justify buying it for another $90.00. However, I really do want the 200+ page art book, that would be nice to put on my book shelf, or enjoy when I'm skooma'd out. Of course copies will find their ways on to Ebay and other sites like that, but how much do you think the art book itself will go for.. and do you think just the art book itself would be stocked in stores like Books-A-Million?

I highly doubt it'll be available for official separate sales. However, after a couple months you can probably pick one up from EBay for like 15 bucks

Won't be stocked in stores separately and the price you'll pay on ebay will be high enough to where you might as well buy the CE itself.

If you're not wanteing the CE THAT bad, I would wait a couple of months and just buy one on ebay. I also have to agree an extra $90 is really not worth it in my opinion. The book might sell for around $25-$40, depending on how long you wait.

Well for someone to pay $150 for the CE to just put the book on ebay is defiantly just doing it for profit, so who knows how expensive the copies will be on ebay.

^ That was my worry, outrageous prices. Also, I'd probably want the book when I'm enjoying Skyrim so I can look at it when not playing Skyrim..

Or someone loses a job, their car breaks down, etc. Let's not assume our gamer friends are all greedy, shallow people :)

I just looked online and there's an Oblivion artbook up for 9.99, while someone is selling just the coin for 70 bucks. Your mileage with Skyrim may vary.

well then they would most likely be looking on ebay for the dragon alone xD. But yeah, unless you are willing to wait a while for prices to go down in stores and on ebay, you should just buy the CE, or wait a couple days and see what the prices look like on ebay.
