Microsoft Will Delay Skyrim PC?

Post » Sat Sep 24, 2011 3:20 am

well you know microsoft(not officially) just delayed Batman arkham city for pc, so the xbox will get more sales, this is how it goes:

Microsoft owns Xbox they have to fight sony to make more money, PS3 vs Xbox.

Microsoft / Sony, are willing to pay Tons of money to win this fight by paying game studios that developing Triple A titles (Batman, CoD, GTA and yes Skyrim)

the reason Microsoft and sony are paying to delay the PC version of each game and make the game temparary exslusive for the Xbox/PS3, is that they want to prevent PC market (which is by far, the biggest of them all) of buying the game for the PC, so some crazy fan boys of certain game will buy the game for Xbox, or if needed buy AN xbox 360, just so they can play the game early, thus microsoft increases profits and xbox clients.

now im 100% sure that Microsoft will offer bethesda an "offer that they cant refuse" (here is a few millions for a month delay for the pc version), its been done alot of times before, some studios claiming that they delayed for "improving" the pc version but we all know its All about the money.

But Some powerful studios dont give up so easily for offers, the reason some wont accept microsoft or sony offer is Fans some stuidos actully care about thier fans.

so what do you think, dont say it wont happen, its just Happend to batman arkham city

Is batman AC a windows live game? If so, Skyrim is fine, it's not windows live, just games for windows (supports xbox pad). :celebration:

If they [censored]in delay Skyrim I will [censored]in delay their [censored]in trip to heaven. I'll rope them in a chair and electrocute their balls and the hair on their balls will shoot to the heavens and get God in the head and God will fall from the heaven with the hit.

Besides, the PC market is not bigger than the consoles (for TES games anyway).

That won't happen, they do however have a deal that will make the DLCs available for Xbox first (about 30 days earlier than PC and PS3 I think).

Not sure why, but I would find it hillarious if it did happen.

Last time I checked the PC market is by far the smallest of them all.

Microsoft isn't going to pay Bethesda to delay Skyrim for the PC.

Not officially, so it's just unfounded rumors then. Let's avoid slinging mud.

And I very much doubt the PC version will be released after the others, it never happened with any of the previous games published by Bethesda. Infact, the PC version of Morrowind was released 3 weeks before the Xbox version.
