One of the MODS I use is FOOK. I'm not sure if its FOOK or Steam, but I just noticed that my achievments on Steam are not up to date. For example I hit level 30 a while ago and don't have that achievment nor the one for all of the personalities in OWB or completing HH, etc. Does anyone know if this is a known issue and if so is there a fix?

Do you ever use the console? Using a console command, even something innocuous like the save code, disables achievements until you've closed and restarted the game.
