I am currently at the stage of the questline where you have to decide whether to support or crush the twin lamps. Do you get the Telvanni consulate either way?? I saw dialogue in the CS where you recruit a counselor after crushing the twin lamps, but it doesn't say anything about the consulate. What's the end result when you choose to take out the Twin Lamps??

Also, does the consulate get hooked up to the teleportation network??
