Bethseda has balls.

Yes, and I pointed out that fact in my post. I don't have any doubts whether Skyrim will be released on time, I merely think that it is inappropriate for the OP to insult publishers for being conservative with release dates when this has been Bethesda's practice for the past decade. It also seems inappropriate to laud Bethesda's forecasting abilities when, of the two games given specific release dates well in advance, one had to be delayed - even if it was only by a very small amount.

Ahh, I see what you meant. I'm just ready for this game to launch already. We have dozens upon dozens of hands on impressions, interviews and magazine cover stories. We've had E3, QuakeCon, Gamescom, PAX, TGS and now Eurogamer. I'm ready

You'll be sure to post up your reaction when they announce the game's delayed right?

Ever the pessimist.

Sorry, but there is literally 0% chance that will happen. They are on schedule 100%. Confirmed by multiple devs. It's releasing 11-11-11.

Eh bethesda has pushed releases back in the past but i think they where good about this release is because of their experience with the current gen of consoles they pretty much knew they could do w/e it was in that time. But yes it was a risky move and i congratulate them

Well I've cleared a week and a half off school with my parents and teachers as a religious holiday :shifty:

But they've just said the release date 11.11.11 more than I've heard any other developer simply say the actual date. So I think we'll be okay.

No such thing as 100% in software development I'm afraid.

With what we have been hearing about graphical hic-ups perhaps it should be delayed.

So the game should be delayed because of graphical hiccups in a completely separate demo build based on the alpha version of the game?

Based off of a 4 month old June Alpha build

Someone else plated at Eurogamer and didn't report back any of those problems.

You guys really need to stop spreading misinformation about graphical issues. There were graphical issues in an ALPHA BUILD. Yes, obviously. What's next? Cop eating a donut?
