I believe it's vanilla armor, but I'm not positive. It could be from a mod. I found a dead outcast with some nice t-51c power armor. I like it better than the regular power armor because it has all the nice satchels and packs attatched to it. I tried to re-tex it with an army green, but I can't even find the correct armor in the GECK to edit it. Not only that, but I can't get DDS converter 2 to even make the conversion. I click "convert" and nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated =D
