Help with LR "The Courier" Quest

All right I'm at the part where you deal with Ulysses, after we fight for a while I eventually kill him. But nothing comes up saying i finished the quest. Ulysses is lying there dead with the arrow still leading to him. I tried to reload the save, did it over again and still the same thing happens. Anyone experience this and know whats going on here?

You have to deal with the control console nearby to either disarm the missles, aim them at both NCR or Legion, or one of them.

you need to turn off his eye bots, either side of the nuke, then kill the new marked men that come
