Can Ulysses survive the encounter at the Temple? I had a House Character, but he labeled me NCR even though I was only accepted by the NCR and neutral towards legion. Anyways, I talked to him and the only speech check I had was one out of 90, but I failed since mine was only 50. Can you let him live? The character I did this on only did Honest hearts.

Also, was it a bad idea to nuke both NCR and Legion? What I mean is, are there any serious repercussions, such as the Hoover Dam slides being affected?

Not sure about the Hoover Dam ending but I passed the speech check and he lived. Divide ending slides - He "Roams" the Divide now.

you dont need 90 speach to talk him down just trial and error with the speach options
