I realize its too close to release for them to put this in the game now, but I thought the best part about solstheim was the raven rock settlement quest line. Id like to see a similar series of events in skyrim, whether through dlc or the vanilla release.

That's actually something I hope would be in the game, but I didn't realize it until you brought it up just now. That was definitely something I thought was missing from Oblivion and was probably one of the coolest things about the Bloodmoon expansion. A player definitely feels more of a connection to something in a game that spans a length of time that they directly have a hand in helping to make (ideas kicking around in head for mods...).
