Is it possible to combine 2 different spells at the same time?

It's possible to use both at the same time, but not combine them.

@hanrahahtimothy No. Both spells simply do whatever they do (heal, lightning, flame) at the same time.

There was a rumor a few months back that you could do that, but it appears to be disproven.
