Technical question re: Modifying esp using Tes4Edit

Using TES4Edit, I am having this issue that I can't figure out on my own.

I copied a few elements as override into a new mod, but after saving and reopening, a new line is added to those elements with a warning "Warning: Expected 4 bytes but found 0". Actually I think that is just saying that the field shouldn't be empty, but the real problem is that the field (the row in tes4edit) shouldn't exist. I can remove the row, save the file, but upon reopening, it comes back.

This particular entry is a Magic Effect, and the line that keeps reappearing is under ESCE - Counter Effects.

When I try to bash it, it gives an error and doesn't appear to be merged properly. Can anyone please tell me how to solve this problem?
