Well, the way the world is going right now with countries like Iran and North Korea testing nuclear weapons, a fallout-type world is possible. Obviously im not talking about super mutants and stuff but a world that is barren, corrupt and destroyed. It may not be now, but imo a nuclear was is inevitable, i mean why else are nuclear weapons here? We could be seeing a world like this in the future but that is just my opinion
