There are a few videos floating around youtube showing COD4 and COD2 weapons that you can download. Here they are. just click on the link in the far right at the top of the screen to download. They do infringe on copyrights though.

not really, Bethesda has no control over sites like RapidShare

Somehow I doubt COD was able to copyright any of those weapons. I think the original copyright holders would have something to say about that..

It is firstly not permitted to take the assets from one game and add them to another such as Fallout, and admitting to them being copyrighted - whether they are or not - is not a good way to start.
