I know that the cinematic take-downs are going to be random for Skyrim when you kill someone/something, but what about stealth takedowns?

In the trailer you see an npc getting his throat cut in a tavern, and I doubt this would be true but, I would prefer it if you got an automatic stealth takedown (cinematic kill) if you killed the npc without being spotted.

I cant remember all that well, but I think the same thing used to happen in Fall Out... if you killed some one without being spotted, it would allmost allways go to a slow motion killing vid.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before or if any of this has even been confirmned, but what are your opinions?
