i have been playing fall out properly now for a while but since Ive installed lonesome road i get this error [img]http://i1129.photobucket.com/albums/m503/okman2/Untitled1.png[/img]
it some times says different things such as searching for steam game updates however as you can see here [img]http://i1129.photobucket.com/albums/m503/okman2/Untitled2.png[/img] it is perfectly installed. any one have any ideas??

Well first I would suggest you finish downloading all those paused items, that can sometimes screw up Steams downalods.

Secondly right click on the games name and go to properties, game files, verify integrity of game cache

no no it says its not installed at all it wont do any thing according to steam it doesent exist on my computer

-Close Steam
-Delete the Fallout files from your PC
-Go into you Steam fold and find a file called clientresgiestry.blob
-delete it
-start up steam
-download Fallout again

fine but where is the fall out saves folder i want to back that up

The save folder is in a separate directory, deleting your Fallout New vegas folder wont delete your saves.

ah k i just found it any way also thanks for your help ill tell you if it works

i havent fully reinstalled it yet but before i did steam said that it was now installed even though no game files where there
