I wonder if the new ammo recipes will be added to the Hand Loader and Vigilant Recycler perks since it looks like Mad Bomber will be the explosives version.

That's the 10mm SMG unique. (Doesn't really interest me, nor does the 12.7mm unique, but that's just me.)
