Rushing Water is a recipe that comes with Lonesome Road that lets you turn a dose of Jet and Purified Water into a drink that boosts your attack speed by 50% (the effect doesn't seem to work in VATS as you get the same number of attacks in a VATS round). I wasn't sure if it was addictive or not so I made a batch of 30 on my high level character and took them all. No addiction from that test but I'm not sure if any of my perks might be messing with it (don't have Logan's Loophole but I do have a few Survival related ones). Has anyone run into addiction problems with Rushing Water so far?

By the way one thing I did find out with that test is that taking multiple doses at once doesn't increase your attack speed any further but it does increase the duration of the effect.

The wiki says it has 0 addiction chance
