Sorry if this has been asked a lot (I spend most of my time in TES forums) but has there been any word on a release date for a FNV edition with all DLC included? I understand the last DLC was just released - any idea how much longer it should?

Actually the last DLC are released this tuesday, as for a GOTY version, it has been stated by Jason Bergman that there are currently no plans for a GOTY version of the game.
