So sometimes randomly when playing, I'll press one of my hot keys for my spell, and instead of equipping the spell, it will ask me "Do you want to delete ?"

If I bring up the menu and select the spells, it does the same thing.

And it will continue to do that everytime I try to equip a spell, instead of equipping it, asking me if I want to delete it. Sometimes I need to restart the game. Sometimes, it will fix itself, but it's annoying either way.

Does anyone know why this happens, or how I can stop it from happening?

Like my description says, it's for the PC version.
