If you haven't read those already, please do so. Now I understand topics like this have been done to death and I'm sure most of you are sick of seeing them but I've yet to see anyone include what perks they intend on taking as well as their character's information. Feel free to be as descriptive as you want from just listing your name and perks to writing a full blown story with perks included (or stories about the perks themselves and how you managed to obtain them). I'll be back later to post my own character, how I intend on playing him, what his perks are and so on.

Haha, I was wondering how long it would take for this thread to turn up... I'm still struggling to figure out which perks I want to take. At the moment I basically have 8 or 9 skills per character I'd like to max out.

Also bear in mind, you need some prior perks to unlock later perks - the ones I posted aren't in the right order, so it's not as simple as just cherry-picking them from the list.

ya, i'm just gonna have to play it by ear and let my toon 'evolve' as we go. thinking of a 'ranger' type of character first so there are a few perk trees i'll want to max...in what order i do that remains to be seen.

Very tough one this. The fact there's such competition for perks will, I think, push me down the dual wield route. In as much as having to get all the perks for More than one of destruction, one handed, shield etc. would be very costly from a perk use perspective

I'm typically a spell-sword type character, albeit with more of a bias towards Magic. As such, the definite perks I'll need relate to:

Destruction, Alteration, Restoration, Enchanting

There are some really good perks in there that I'll need. My second tier (I suppose) of perks that I'll be more economical with will relate to:

One handed - I like to be able to use a good sword, awesome weapon and good for close combat
Light armour - I prefer to be an armour wearing warrior, even if won't be easy here
Smithing - I like the idea of creating my own top quality Dragon armour and blades, all of which will obviously be enchanted

Really hard though. I reckon there are in excess of 90 perks just within that lot, so something's going to have to give

Beth really outdid themselves, the perks are amazing. I'll eventually try them all out in my multiple playthroughs.

I'm going to get every perk for.

1 handed
Lightarmour
Marksman
Sneak

Then spend the rest in

Smithing
Alchemy
Enchanting
Block?
Restoration

I'm thinking a mage for my first character, so probably destruction. I'm also thinking conjuration because I want to see the new summonable creatures. Haven't gotten much farther than that.
