This topic is fairly straight forward. It pains me to not be able to play this properly on PC, but I cant drop thousands on a new machine, or even hundreds for that matter. I do however, own a 360 and a ps3. I am wondering which version would be the best to get? I am having a really hard time deciding as I can't wait for reviews because I want to get the collectors edition copy. I am not interested in really devoted fan flaming, as I own both machines, I just want some real honest input as to which version to get....thanks.

Note: I don't care about timed DLC exclusivity etc. This is more about how the game looks and runs etc.

It was my understanding the consoles would be the same. 360 will get DLC earlier however.

Probably Xbox360. Not trying to belittle the PS3's impressive (For a console) hardware, but the game is built on the Xbox360, and impressive hardware is meaningless if the developer's don't harness it completely. Given BGS's experience with PC and Xbox360 (Both fundamentally similar) I'm fairly certain the 360 will have the upper hand in performance while looking virtually the same.

Assuming they are exactly the same, the question then comes down to which Controller you prefer. I absolutely hate the Sony's controller design (Ever since the Playstation, try clocking 100's Hours on Final Fantasy IX with that thing) so I'd obviously favor the 360's.

I don't really think it would make a difference. I am not a big fan of the PS3 because of I've experienced simple bogged down frame-rates and lag via controller when playing most games.

Since you own both, consider the controller comfort (I have issues with the PS3, and being used to the 360 controller is NOT why I do not like it), if you have hard-drive space, etc.

360 is getting DLC first. It'll probably be that way for later DLC as well.
