So both vampires and falmer have been confirmed and they both seem to carry an aura of fearful excitement when it comes to confronting both creatures.

Vampires naturally hold a dark presence about them, no matter what form of media they're found in
(excluding the Twilight series), and Elder Scrolls holds true to that pattern.

Falmer are indeed new to the game, but from all the description we've heard thus far, from the artwork we've seen and all we've
heard so far about this mysterious race, they too hold a dark presence about them.
