Will you get decapitation perk?

I don't understand why they don't just add full body dismemberment like Fallout 3

Body parts just flopping off the body? Needs better animations and realism if you're gonna do it satisfyingly.

Because not everyone appreciates it; I know I don't 90% of the time.

We should be thankful they made it a perk, so it doesn't bother you if you don't want it to bother you.

Depends, if 1h axes are a viable enough sneak attack weapon, and melee ends up better than I expect it will, I might.

Probably not...but if the opposing perk is equally useless, maybe.

Because it's nasty as hell, i had to get a mod that turned it off. Not everyone is into the whole blood and guts thing, especially when it's so ridiculously over the top like it was in fallout.

Well, after trying that "Deadly Reflex" mod once in Oblivion I can safely say that I'm no fan of such high levels of gore.
Chopping heads off and seeing blood splurting out everywhere and with people screaming in pain just seems disturbing to me.
I'll see how Bethesda does it, maybe it won't be so bad.

Sure, why not.

It does.
It's basically the standing power attack from oblivion that does higher damage.

Yeah, I figured it would do something like that. By doing more damage, you get the "finishing" move a bit earlier, i.e. you kill your enemies a little faster/easier; think Vorpal from D&D. How do you know that though?

And YES, I plan to, but only if it works for two-handed weapons which btw can anyone confirm wether or not it does? Slicing someone's head off with a long sword is cool, but CLEAVING someone's head off Aragorn style is where it's at.

I will take it, go on a killing spree till I see it, if I don't like it, then I'll reload.
