Who do you guys believe is the best faction for the people of New Vegas and why?

I'm partial to Yes-Man and the NCR, but can't decide which is overall better for the people.

I'm just gonna copy / paste my response from another thread:

NCR is the best possible outcome....people complain that they have good intentions but they can't protect people, well if they win Hoover Dam, that frees them up to take care of their country. As much as I like House, his ending is only good for Vegas and Vegas only. Legion is a joke, you have to be a sociopath to convince yourself they are good for the region, nobody wants to trade slavery and a backward society for total security. And Yes Man is almost bad as Legion if not worse, I'm not about to enable Skynet on the world.
