I am from central europe Lithuania and hell i am fallout new vegas owner so as other 3 dlc i have them since day 1.. but on september 20 LR came out right? My bud from uk bought it playing it and he is happy. How come i dont have it on my steam? i google that .found forums people talking about 1C or something publishing problems ,steam launch in russia. Can i at least know when i will be able to enjoy Lr?
