Hi, I replaced the Elder and actually became a Brotherhood of Steel member; but there is no option asking them to "join me". When I go to Yes Man he gives a really sarcastic remark when I choose to "ignore them"; indicating that perhaps there should be an option? Is it glitched or is it working as intended? Should I have not replaced the Elder, has anyone else been able to get the Brotherhood to join them at all?

Sorry I can't answer your question, but maybe you can help with mine. I'm trying to reach the Brotherhood of Steel I'm at the valley but I can't talk to anyone or gain access to any of them.

Do you have the quest from Yes Man to go find the Bunker?

If so go to the point on the map and there should be a hollow rock with some cells in there.. There are four bunkers in this valley - North, South, East and West. The bunker you want to go to is Northwest from the rock, the entrance is right before you hit the fence. Be careful of going during a storm, you will aggro the Brotherhood of Steel (as this when they leave and enter the base to not arouse suspicion) and you'll lose rep with them

You very well could be at the wrong bunker.. I don't think it's possible to pick lock it and when you get near to it, it triggers a sort of cinematic type thing..

I went to all the bunkers and tried the intercoms before that occurred, perhaps that is what triggers it when you get to the right one?

Are you traveling with Veronica? When I approached the intercom in one of the bunkers she said "I'll handle this" and got me inside.

Well I finally got in, I forgot to tell you that I had Veronica in my group but for some reason she vanished when I got to the valley. Well eventually I got up to 100 lock pick to open the door and as soon as I do Veronica pops out from behind the door. It took forever but finally got in. Thanks for the help.
