New Race Abilities = Traits? Traits NERFED?

With the new info

Have racial traits been completely overhauled?

For Example in oblivion Bretons got

Traits

Breton Enhanced Magicka ability : Fortify Magicka 50 points on Self, constant
Breton Magic Resistance ability : Resist Magic 50% on self, constant
Dragon Skin greater power : Shield 50% for 60 seconds on self, once per day

in Skyrim they get

Dragonskin (absorb spells)
Resist shock


so does that mean Bretons no longer get 50% Magic Resistance?

if so I'm going to have to reevaluate my build.....

"FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS THAT RACES HAVE DIFFERENT STATS TO START WITH. The baseline stat seems to be 15, with +5 in some stats and even +10 in others. For example:
- Argonians start with 25 in Lockpicking, 20 in Pickpocketing, Sneak, Light Amour, Restoration, Alteration
- Orcs start with 25 in Heavy Armour, 20 in Enchanting, Smithing (didn't see any more)
- Bosmer start with 20s in most of the thieving skills - Sneak, Alchemy, Pickpocket, Lockpicking - and a 25 in Archery"

none of these were mentioned on the part where he mentioned the traits, because I don't think it's in the same place as before when creating a char.

did you not read the part where Sammu says that he didn't get to see all of the racial traits for any of the races?...
