100% Beth will make the same Mistake?

I'm more than fine with it. I use %100 Chameleon for a few hours, and I got bored of it, and never used it again unless I wanted to have some fun for a few minutes with it.

Agreed. I didn't find 100% chameleon fun. It was boring.

I did however like savage destruction spells

:( don't take my chameleon suit! I loved that suit!

lol, to be honest I didn't really use any of those exploits, it was just nice to have the option, whip out the ol' chameleon suit for a special occasion, that sort of thing.

Yeah, that's why its a bad design choice. It makes the game really boring for the majority of people, and actually stops you from using the Chameleon skill at all. (because whats the point in leveling up/exploring/getting more loot when you are already invulnerable. Its like hitting the level cap early.)

There's plenty of decent solutions out there so hopefully Beth'll use one of those

Nah, its a design error. If you designed a game that you could get all the best kit within 5 minutes of starting - that would be a pretty major flaw. You would call it freedom.

The op makes a good point. Beth need to watch the stacking, and either make it so that items dont stack, or make these items very hard to get.

Bingo, that makes one that understood my point :)

I REALLY think its a design error that negates having a 100 in heavy armor or block or sneak or restoration or alteration (well you get the idea) because items or spells stack to insane levels.

Yep. It's gonna happen again imho. Already see some things I 'm skeptical about. Heavy armor perk to make it weightless and no slowing? lol

But that was in oblivion to... Master of heavy armor had no encumbrance.

OT: I agree with both sides, They could put a cap on the effects, but caps imo removes the freedom. If it's possible to acheive I only hope that it's damn hard to (not counting exploits or glitches, such as dupes and so on). Since it's all about freedom, I should be able to achieve 100% chameleon if I really put my mind to it. I mean, it's magic for crying out lout, who's to say that magic has a limit at 95%? :read:

Then leave it at 99? I still don't see the point of limiting others. I don't even use the things you've said but I can see the point of why you would limit everything by design, instead of using your own willpower.

I just thought it was hilarious entering a Oblivion gate and just running to the end of it with no issue at all, and then removing the orb. It got old after the second time though and I stopped using Chameleon.
