...but seriously, a good answer cannot be given unless you say something about what you want. Personally, I like higher than vanilla (40+) timescale when running in the wilderness, to improve the impression of a large world, but quite lowered timescale (10-) when doing dungeon raids, so that I can discover the entire dungeon without several days passing - which is why I prefer a dynamic timescale mod like my own above.
