Hello, I have been looking into the level scaling and levelling up aspects if Skyim and just basicly wan't to know how its going to work.
If you can sum it up in a big paragraph then great but heres a few separate questions;


To increase a skill do you do more of that skill or do you kill stuff for exp then put points on the skills you want upgraded?

I heard level scaling works like this, Dungeons for example will always be that level, if your too weak then you should train to beat the dungeon. Also it works like, "Oh that troll is way to high level for me I need to get a higher level" OR is it more like, "Yeah you can kills trolls whenever you like, they will just get stronger as you do"??
