I just finished downloading the last of the DLCs, and restarted the game. The DLC's appear to load (I'm getting quest type messages that can only be from the new DLC content, and I was able to select traits that I believe are associated with the DLCs & not with the base game). In preparation for installing mods, I went to check what order the files are being loaded in, and find that none of them are checked. Aren't they supposed to be? After playing both Morrowind & Oblivion, it seems very strange that they would load when the esm's are not showing checked, but I've never done anything with Steam before, so have no idea how that works.

Should I go ahead & select them? Would that cause problems? Also, they appear to be in the wrong order (one of the DLCs is shown above the FONV esm).
