So I went to purchase Courier's Stash and Steam will not let me purchase it for myself. It says I already own it, when I clearly do not. Is it a bug because I have the Caravan Pack from my Steam preorder?

Try it again. There may have been a glitch. Let me know what happens.

Yeah its telling me I already own it and to play it on the store page. My purchase of GRA went through fine but again can't buy Stash cause its says I have it when I never bought it.

Yeah, I've seen other reports. Talking to Valve now. It's something on their store side.

I have the same problem here too, got caravan pre-order pack and Steam thinks I already own Couriers Stash and won't let me purchase it for myself, only gift it. Tried purchasing it from different angles, i.e. straight from front end and from "New Vegas" -> "DLC" but no joy.

Should be working now.

Please let me know if that's not the case.
