Q. about Couriers Stash.

I have recently made a new character, to do Lonesome Road with, I do for every Story DLC, and if I buy couriers stash, i'd like to know, A.Will I have to start a new character to get it, or does it just go to my inventory no matter where I am? And B. Do we get all of them, or choose specifics?

You get all of them and they are automatically added to your inventory when you load a save, or in a new game you get them right away.

It all goes into your inventory.
