To clarify, have any of you who have had previous issues of vendors not restocking caps or inventory had your issues fixed? I didn't know wether GRA may kick start the vendors again. The reason I ask is that the gun runner(Alexander) at the 188 does not restock on any of my playthroughs, he is thoroughly broken. I wondered whether GRA would make his inventory restock like it's supposed to again

I have the same issue on my current playthrough with Gloria VanGraff and Mick from Mick & Ralph's on top of Alex. I found out in another thread that you have to wait/sleep in the same cell 3 days to force them to restock. I haven't loaded GRA yet, but hopefully that workaround still applies.

I always wait three days but it has no effect on Alexander on any playthrough.
