I was unable to purchase the Currier's Stash today on steam. I have the Caravan Pack installed already which I suspect may be the issue. Any way I can still get it?

I'm having the same problem. Maybe you can gift it to yourself?

EDIT: Gifting it to myself through email worked for me, I got an error message but I have all the pre-order packs.
