This happened to me with Crysis, Half life 2, Bioshock, etc, I wasn't able to finish any of those games

Long live to :tes:
And all of these developers, and I count Bioware as a special culprit, have seemingly forgotten how to make a character
jump.
Just stuck on a 2d surface then.
At least its a pretty cling film.
At least in Skyrim we can still
jump.
Although progression is sadly out and we will likely be stuck with giant boulders that force you to go the long way each and every single time.
As an eternal pessimist I do see that this trend must have an inevitable momentum that will run out, as everything does.
And hopefully in a year or five we can see games getting challenging again and less of an 'look what I can do with these graphics'.
Sadly my inner eternal pessimist is equally certain people will find a way to muck everything up again.
Possibly with jar-jar binx
