Im aware of the racial special abilities thanks to SAMMUTHEGREATNESS as you all are well aware of by now, but what i would like to discuss is this: ARE THE SPECIAL ABILITIES GOING TO BE A ONCE A DAY THING LIKE FOR EXAMPLE: IM KHAJIIT IN OBLIVION and the eye of fear was a special ability but it was a 1 a day thing....i never even used it ththnk azura for night eye unlimited! ......NOW, I HEAR WE WILL HAVE A CLAW ATTACK AND IM SUPER PSYCHED ABOUT IT -----WONDERING IF I CAN GET FEEDBACK ON IT BEING A CONTINUOUS USE ABILITY???? ALSO ANY OTHER H2H INFO WILL BE GR8. I NEVER USED H2H B4 BUT THIS CLAW ATTACK MIGHT DO IT!

Tone it down there buddy. And I hope they got rid of those ridiculous Once-Per-Day powers, a 3-5 minute cool down sounds much more reasonable.

I am guessing Imperials either have a better Charm (If they use something like this) so people will like them easier

I don't like being limited to once a day either.
Most of the time I never used my Breton's ability..
So I hope they modify that.

Welcome to the forums. And your point is clear enough without the caps. In Oblivion I hardly ever used racial abilities or greater powers because they were a one off thing and really not all that powerful. I think it'd be better if racial abilities like that used a cooldown like the dragon shouts.

wow. this is the first community of the nature that i have ever took part in. i love TES very much and decided this place was the best way to pass time and stay informed till 11 11 11. now i know im a rookie here, but isnt what your doing called TROLLING??? you didnt contribute at all. Just ignore the rude person. All caps is difficult to read and considered screaming so it's good that you found the lower case. I love my PS3 but never used the browser for the forums. I don't know the answer to the once a day racial ability but from what I've been seeing, it's looking like my little Breton isn't going to have the same racial bonuses my Breton had in Oblivion. I'm not sure how I feel about that until I actually play though. I might like it better. I often forgot to use my once-a-day Dragonskin in Oblivion so I'll probably be fine with something that's more than once a day.
