How do i add a file to the nv nexus? : Fallout: New Vegas

I just saved mu mod then i tried to upload it and it says it doesnt support so i just found out....AGAIN that you need 7-zip so i downloaded it and put it here C:\Program Files (x86)\7-Zip then i go to my file and right click it and theres no "add to archive"....Help?

Maybe move 7-zip out of the program files folder.
