Get Raven Rock 100%?

What other quests must I do for the EEC before Raven Rock gets its stone wall and the other houses?

Are you on Xbox or PC?
Because the Xbox version does not have as many structures as the PC version does.

Ah so on xbox it only gives you the factors estate and no more? No wonder why on my pc version i always got the full colony without doing anything
