I'm not sure that's why i'm making a topic about it b/c i thought i read somewhere that once the heart of lorkan (or is it Lorkhan? i forget) is destroyed that the power the heart possessed is gone forever. So we know that the power that made Vivec, Sotha Sil, and Almalexia immortal is gone) Clearly anything that drew power off of it would be gone forever. The power that makes the Dwemer tinkers run is that drawn from the heart of lorkan and wouldn't all Dwemer robots fail to run once the heart is destroyed? Also, wouldn't Divine Intervention and Almsivi Intervention used to teleport in Morrowind cease to exist once the heart is destroyed? Or no?

The heart is not destroyed. It simply disappeared

No body knows what became of the heart or in what form it currently is
