I wonder if Michael Kirkbride's 'Shor son of Shor' is related in anyway to Skyrim's main quest


MK released that piece very close to the game announcement

MK said that, while not directly involved, he approved of some of Skyrim's lore. I also recall someone from Bethesda saying that his work and ideas are more present in this game then compared to Oblivion.

I'm hoping for a reference to it at least. It's a shame he's not writing anything for Skyrim specifically.

I agree hundred pct, I do not understand why they do not have the guy at least on a consulting basis. He has a lot of background, creativity and continuity to offer the series.

Not only that, he is very invested in the lore...and continues to write stuff. (even if it is in confusion script)

Indeed. That god-damn confusion script makes my head hurt. I can't even interpret at 3 line post by him.

Perhaps he's doing more for Skyrim than we know?
