Unfortunantly, no. When he said "A kitchen," thats the best shot. I've seen them in various kitchens in abandoned/occupied Wasteland homes, in Casinos and Hotels, ect. Just stop by the kitchen on your way out of wherever you may be, it'll turn up.

A kitchen would be correct. More specifically, the kitchen in your suite at the Lucky 38. Above the oven on the shelf ;P
