Which Faction would a Ninja Character Join?

Post » Thu Sep 29, 2011 7:18 pm

I plan on building up a Ninja character but Im having trouble deciding which faction he should join. Conventional wisdom would suggest he should join the Legion because he's a melee specialist but he's Ninja that uses a Katana, not the Blade of the West. I also plan on using one the Courier Dusters or Ulysses' Duster so anyone have an idea of which faction a Ninja would best fit in? :toughninja:

The New Vegas Ninja Alliance.

They're located at Westside, hiding in plain sight.

Meansonofa[censored] is the Grandmaster.

Legion is the only real faction with a sense of honor, so yeah.

You could be House's personal Assassin.

That'ld be pretty Boss.

Oh, and don't forget to wear Stealth Armor/Chinese Suit/ Sneaking Suit MK IV etc. A duster doesn't sound too ninja.

I was leaning more towards Mr House cause he seems more like the type that would hire a Ninja to "clean" but joining the Legion would make sense also.

Yea it would.

A Japanese Ninja would never wear Chinese armor

Depends more on the character than his fighting style. What virtues does he value? How does he feel about laws and how they are enforced? Will he work for anybody with caps? If not, what factors would cause him to turn down work? What does he think is the best way to rebuild civilization? Answer these sorts of questions as though you were the character.

Then don't wear the Assassin Suit or anything else in New Vegas, because that's American armor.

Im struggling to decide wether he should be loyal only to the contract or to his convictions. Does he have any strong views on these issues? I dont know yet.
