If you, the real you were there.

If that was you that made it to Ulysses Temple, and you had the choice to fight him, based on actual human things, like it'd be fairly simple to shoot the guy in the head n get it over with.

Would you fight him? Work along side him? Or just walk away?

And would you have the balls to send those nukes?

-Id plug him in the back of the head with my 308 and be thankfull I wouldnt have to listen to more crap from him. Then Id keep his braids and use them as an http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aiguillette more or less like Boba Fett has his wookie braids.

Really? I mean in real life you could still hear him out, but interrupt him when you cba, or still just plug the guy?

If you're talking about real life, then if I were there, I wouldn't go to the Divide at all.....too dangerous, especially with those killer Deathclaws. :bolt: :dead:

Edit: A young deathclaw could probably kill you in one hit in real life! Well, unless you've got power armor.
Edit again: Now that I've thought about it, you wouldn't even make it the Temple in real life!

The scenario is, you're at the temple. N you the only deathclaws I ran into on the way to the temple, wer on the highway, based on real life, you could hang over the edge n shimmy past them, if you had the strength.

-Id plug him outright. I wouldnt take any chances. He lead me there, He goaded me to find him. He put obstacles in my way. And he pestered me with moralities and presumptions, ofwhich he was no better (as I see it infact worse) than me. If he had wanted to find me for a civil chat, or a discussion on the morals and ethics of my life and my actions, he could have left a note at the lucky 38, inviting me for a pint in Boulder. Setting up nukes to prove a point that was arrogant and presumptuous from the getgo, and then assume I'd give him a butterflys chance in a blastfurnace? Not likely.

I'm gonna guess, you slaughtered him, upon finding him?

Oh, in that case, I'd pull out my Sonic Emitter--Robo-scorpion. Blast him till he explodes (won't take long) and take his Old Glory and beat his body with it. Ulysses shouldn't be kept alive.

-Nope. Im on my second playthrough (started a new toon) after LR. Allways start a new toon with a new DLC. First time around I listened very patiently to all of his vile crap about me essentially being a mass murder by ignorance, neglect or design. I chose the diplomatic solution. I thought... well... I got my brains blown out, so hey... some of that [censored]e might be true? But then it hit me as I finished it (the dlc) and heard all of his story... He is basically full of it. He makes presumption upon presumption and builds a babels tower of preconceptions of a magnitude thats only rivalled by its sheer pseudo intellectual ignorance.

Ulysses is a stalker who speaks in riddles, seems to think he has some moral higher ground, despite training a zion tribe in mass murder and complete indifference to civillians, setting up nukes and being a leader, an officer of an organisation that enslaves men, woman and children if they dont outright kill them. He is a guy who presumes to be a paladin but is in all reality a death-knight. He is just too delusional to see it.

A guy like THAT presumes to be my judge, jury and executioner? He expects me to give him a fighting chance? He expects me to hear him out, listen to his vile idiocy? I do not friggen think so. This time around Ill do what I should have done from the getgo. Ill plug him the second I get a chance.

The man's a dangerous lunatic, so I'd shoot him from the doorway, then leave with ED-E.

I'd give him a chance, but if I can't persuade him... two to the chest, one to the head, then I'll nuke the Legion. NCR I'd never nuke because well, the soldiers are just following orders, they can't help it if the higher ups are drier than a popcorn fart in the wind.
